Key Conference Dates

Registration Information
Full conference registration includes three days of conference sessions, all catering and all social functions (welcome reception and National Palliative Care Awards Gala Dinner).
Day registrations include all catering but EXCLUDE any social function on that day.
There will be a full-time student/volunteer/consumer rate. Students must supply evidence of their full-time status to access this rate. Volunteers will need to provide supporting documentation from the organisation they volunteer for.
Anyone who has a presentation accepted is required to register for the conference. There will be a discounted rate for accepted presenters.
How can I make a Group Booking?
How can I make a Group Booking?
- A discounted group rate is available for a team of five (5).
- Please email the Palliative Care Australia team at pca@palliativecare.org.au with the details below and you will be assigned unique codes to access a discounted rate for your group:
- Number of registrations
- Name and contact number for the group organiser
- Invoice requirements
- Name
- Organisation
- Organisation Address
- Organisation ABN
Visas and Quarantine
Delegates travelling from overseas may be required to obtain a visa before travelling to Australia. You should apply for your visa not less than two months prior to your departure. Failure to obtain a visa will not be accepted as grounds for refund of any fees or other costs paid to the conference.
Australia has strict quarantine regulations that are enforced at all international airports and other points of entry into Australia.
