Professional Bio
I am an academic and researcher in Palliative Care in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders University. I have over 30 years experience in Palliative and End of Life Care. My background is in nursing (oncology and palliative care) and I worked clinically in palliative care in hospice, community and hospital. I have previously been engaged with 4 Australian Commonwealth funded projects (CareSearch, PCOC, the national rural palliative care program and End of Life Essentials. I was also an author and moderator on the very successful Dying2Learn Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC).
