National Disability Services Australia
National Disability Services (NDS) is Australia's peak body for non-government disability service organisations, representing over 1100 non-government service providers.  Collectively, NDS members operate several thousand services for Australians with all types of disability.

NDS supports disability service organisations through:
  • Advocating for our members with a focus on being politically non-partisan
  • Collaborating with our members to champion the rights of all people with disability
  • Promoting and recognising our members’ expertise, experience, and commitment.

The NDS Vision is for an inclusive Australia where all people with disability live safely and equitably.

We believe that every person with disability has the right to live their life to their full potential, exercise control over their own lives and live their life free from abuse or neglect. This vision drives our focus, working towards a sector that is vibrant, innovative, and truly inclusive.
